As part of the Mon arbre à moi campaign, every child born or adopted during the year receives a tree seedling that will grow along with the child. Each seedling comes with a growth chart and a souvenir card.

To receive a seedling, register your child through the Ministère des Ressources naturelles et des Forêts website. You must register no later than April 15 of the current year. For any subsequent registration, the seedling will be given the following year.

Seedlings are distributed in the various regions of Québec every year in May (Mois de l’arbre et des forêts). A few days before the event, parents are informed of the procedure to follow to receive the seedling.
