The Atlas de la Santé et de Services sociaux du Québec provides a geographic profile of Québec’s population. It takes stock of resources and illustrates the socioeconomic characteristics of the population and its distribution in the territory. It also displays the boundaries of the public health territories, by health region (HR), territorial service network (TSN), local service network (LSN), and local community service centre (CLSC). Certain boundaries are also available in the form of images by HR (MSSS, 2016c).
