    Ce guide de pratique professionnelle sur le cytomégalovirus en milieu de garde, élaboré par le GSMT dans le cadre du programme Pour une maternité sans danger (PMSD), est le fruit d'une revue de littérature récente et d'une démarche délibérative avec les médecins désignés dans le cadre du PMSD. Actuellement, les recommandations qui priment sont celles de la COVID-19. Éventuellement, le groupe et les parties prenantes donneront suite à certains éléments complémentaires à ce guide pour en permettre l'implantation.

    El presente cuestionario tiene como objetivo hacer un filtro a los trabajadores antes de ingresar en su lugar de trabajo para identificar a los que presentan síntomas y que no hayan tenido contacto con algún caso que este ya bajo revisión por las autoridades de salud pública.

    El cuestionario está destinado a ser contestado por empleados en su lugar de trabajo (que no sean centros de atención médica) para garantizar la retirada rápida de los trabajadores potencialmente infectados por la COVID-19 y prevenir su transmisión a otras personas de la empresa.

    This questionnaire aims to screen workers before entering their workplace to exclude those who are symptomatic and who have not had contact with a known case of COVID-19 already followed by public health authorities.

    The questionnaire is intended to be completed by employees themselves on their workplace (other than health care facilities) to ensure the rapid removal of workers potentially infected with COVID-19 and to prevent its transmission to others in the workplace.
