Performance characteristics of two bioassays and high-performance liquid chromatography for determination of flucytosine in serum.

We compared the accuracy and precision of two microbiological methods and one high-pressure liquid chromatography (HPLC) procedure used to measure the concentrations of flucytosine in serum.
