Your baby needs warmth, but not too much.

Newborns need warmth, but not too much. If the room temperature is comfortable for you, it is comfortable for your baby too. A temperature between 20°C and 22°C (68°F and 72°F) is appropriate. Don’t wrap your baby up too much (see Protecting your baby from extreme heat and cold).
